Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance has certified Amreli Steel’s manufacturing facility for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. We provide a 100% quality guarantee on our products and we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. At Amreli Steels great emphasis is placed on rigid quality control policies. Our testing facilities include an electro-hydraulic universal testing machine with a testing capacity of 100 tons in addition to a mechanical 60 ton universal testing machine. The staff of the testing facility is professionally trained by foreign experts to use the machines and deliver accurate results.

Our quality team goes through regular training on the manufacturing process. The team continuously monitors the production process at each and every stage to ensure that the best quality finished products are manufactured in our plant. Meticulous quality management is a way of life at Amreli Steels, because we firmly believe that “our strength is our quality”.

Testing Facilities

Our in-house Laboratory is equipped with sophisticated and state-of-the-art equipments for testing of production samples that are drawn randomly on a half hourly basis ensuring that the production conforms to the international standards implemented by the company.

The company maintains a modern testing laboratory where each heat produced is tested against International Standards (ASTM A-615 & BS 4449:2005).

Both destructive and non-destructive techniques are used to characterize materials for their mechanical and physical properties. Universal Tensile Strength testing machines are used for this purpose which are calibrated using standards traceable to National and International Standards.
